Today I did my thyroid test. T4 and T3 is within normal range. But TSH level is 5.85. Does it require treatment ?

Itching all over body for more than 3 months and day by day getting severe. Dry gritty eyes and blurred vision and taking eye drops for same. Total IGE is 114 IU/ml. Hair fall was severe and reduced after taking multivitamin tablets. Adequate vitamin d and other levels. Itching increases after taking bath and dry lips and skin in face near nose and lip getting dry and year away.

Today for a second I felt a sharp pain in my chest after dinner, it shook my body then everything became normal, my bp, pulse and spO2 are normal but I'm feeling a little bit bloated, should I be concerned? I never drink, never smoke, I don't even drink frooti. I brisk walk 4 to 5 kms daily.

1, Why when someone reach to adulthood thier voice become heavy ? 2, should avoid head covering by blanket while sleeping ? If yes why ?

I constantly have headache,like all day and recently i started fainting in school, loss of appetite and less urge of drinking water, Missing menstrual cycle are also the symptoms,i feel depressed.this is happening for nearly 15 days now . should i worry about any neurological problems or this is just eating disorder ?today also i fainted 2 times.

I am 25 yrs old male. Weight 40kg height 161 cm (thin and under Weight). I experience heart pounding for 1 yrs. I did all the test like ecg,echo, blood test, thyroid, potassium, vitamin b12, vitamin d and calcium. And some neuro test like ct brain and eeg. All test are normal.. does my pounding heart caused by underweight? Or any other test I need?
