Few weeks ago my fasting sugar level is 105... Ysday i had high sugar foods in night Today my fasting sugar level is 114 Is it normal? Do i need medicines for it Or lifestyle changes can work

According to your report your sugar level is in the range of 105-114. Normal Fasting sugar level should be in the range of 70-100. You should avoid sugar and it's byproduct.

Fasting glucose level between 101mg and 125mg is impaired fasting glucose level ie prediabetic. To get accurate reading do a fasting glucose level ,post prandial glucose level and HBA1C in an accredited Lab in your area.You don't need any pharmacological treatment.You can follow good diet habits with regular exercise for 30 minutes a day.
