Few days back i hate itching on my buttock cleft on the top area, when i took photo there was a pinkish line in between. It has reduced but the soft tissue pain there remains. Is that pilonidal sinus? I mean can there be pilonidal disease even if there is no cyst or visible lump? Please guide. I press the bone there to check if pain is in bone but no, its on the top of the bone, like the skin area. When I squeeze my buttocks that area is painful. Also when I sit. Please guide me.
