High cholesterol
My husband is 36 years old. Height is 5 feet 6 inches. Weight is 73 kg. Work include sitting front of laptop from morning 10 am to mostly 9 pm. With lunch break few minutes. Food: Diet is south indian, rice, vegetables, chicken, fish. I being fatter and eating lot of fried food than him have lesser cholesterol. He doesn't eat outside food much or fried foods. Still he has high cholesterol. Exercise - morning daily suryanamskar whole day sitting. Total cholesterol 286mg/dl Triglycerides. 206 mg/dl Ldl 203 mg/ dl Please tell how to decrease without medicine. ?? His parents dont have high cholesterol. And why he has more even though he eats less than me?? Attached lab report

There are 2 ways to reduce lipids. 1.lifestyle modifications 2.medicines It may be best,because of his sedentary work and high levels,to start both.
