My friend's Vitamin D level is 12ng/ml. He is taking Calciferol Granules D3 60k iu sachet. Can you please tell me that is it safe to take this sachet every week? Is it safe for his health or it will be overdose for him? Please tell me the correct dosage of this sachet and for how many months he will continue taking it?

Hi doctor, I am age 32, weight 95 approx. I used to eat only kfc outside product. I am consuming max twice in a week. I just read that MSG is very bad for health and can cause cancer?? I am eating kfc since my age or 23... Have i done any damage to my health ?? I am planning now to stop any item which contains MSG... But how can i reverse if any damage is done to body??
