My friend is having severe pain in neck, he took paracetamol due to severe pain. Please help and tell me what can we do to get rid of pain. He even can't breathe properly due to the pain. Please suggest some medicines or remedies for the pain.

Hello Doctor Age 34, female People with heart palpitations- anxiety sometimes ? ( Nexito plus tablet ) can take azythromycin 500 mg for soar throat for 5 days once  ? I'm on tablet for delaying period ( crina ncr 10 mg  tablet) will that interact with azythromycin As We are going to tirupati for 3 days. Will it effect in anyway ? Side effects of it ? Thank you

My friend who is 23,male is having fever,cough and he is feeling very weak. His reports are normal. It is showing he is having cough in chest and viral. His CRP level is also increased. He is also feeling very cold.

I have on and off fever of 99 from last 3 days. On day 1 and 2 i had terrible throat pain and light cold headache body pain. Now on day 4 i have lost my sense of smell. Taste is fine.
