May I know that what could be the reason for high ESR?
Previous diseases are TB, had some problems realated with Stomach - digestion realted issues.

If you are asymptomatic.. ESR value is not significant
ESR will increase any inflammation in the body as infection , immune mediated reaction etc..
If symptomatic then only significant
