  4. Hig fever. Or its a comman infection. ?

Hig fever..
My Mom have fever from last 1 week. TLC value is 11800 ESR is 125mm/hrs No Sugar No Urine Infection There is small gland on right side of neck, you can only feel the same when ever you touch on neck. My doctor said that there is blood infection & give antibiotic . Is there any thing to worried or its a comman infection.. ?
