I have cold and sneezing from last 20 days I have cold since 20 days I took oncet cf but its not working

Hello.. my tsh is 5.75 however my t3 and t4 are normal. Can increase tsh leads to tickle in thorat which leads to dry cough ? From last 3 months I am going through this problem.. I get tickle/needle pin pointing like sensation on left side of my throat which leads to dry cough. Have taken anti allergies and antacid but no relief. Pls suggest what needs to be done.

How to diagnose an infection when it's not getting diagnosed even after taking lot of efforts by doctors, mine is the case, suffering since 10 years. When doctors failed then i myself tried finding the cause, after reading some medical books and google i came to a conclusion that this could be a parasitic infection, and also got to know the fact that parasites are very difficult to diagnose, what should i do. How to fix this thing ? Is there any speciality of doctor on parasites?

Can you please guide how do I register my father for free medicine. As I can see in  private hospital for tuberculosis medicines are charged .

I feel itching and burning kind of sensation around my anus constantly specially after pooping it increases.

From 5 years Having bumped in Anus opening when poop it get bigger feels like it is coming half from inside. Sometimes it bleed before poop. Got this after my delivery & never goes back. Stays there & it bleed a lot sometimes comes a lot of blood. Afraid what it could be! Plz suggest some action!
