Hi My wife has been experiencing unexpected weight loss and weakness since past few days. She recently did a small fissure surgery. However now her TSH is very low and T3,T4 are high . Reports are attached. What is cause & potential solutions?

this is a case of hyperthyroidism. she need proper anti thyroid medication and if patient have tachycardia thn need to beta blocker aslo kindly provide detailed history for further evaluation and management
