I go to the doctor few days ago then he prescribed me calcium vitm d supplement i am taking from last 6 days but my legs muscles is not going rid
Every day i was putting my legs in sunlight. But evening. Time i am feeling. Good so wt to do how much time it will take
I am taking DECAL VIT calcium 1000mg
Magnesium 100 mg
Vitamin D3 200 IU

Should i take alone only vitamin d3 and how much alone
