High heart rate
My heart rate is 112 and having palpitations ecg is normal doctor told to take alprazolam tab but still I am not able to sleep nor is heart rate decreasing... can I take metexyl 12.5 mg for tachycardia right now ...it was prescribed by a cardiologist previously

Hi dear
Yes metxl will help in decreasing the heart rate but we need to first evaluate why the palipations are coming as it's always better to treat the root cause of the problem so that it does not occur again.
