Yesterday I ate rice(not good quality) and kadhi along with saag at a langar.. and within 2 hrs I started coughing, My windpipe seems to become little heavy and it hurts when I cough. What is the cause and course of medicines.

Hello Dr. I am a diabetic patient.I have start consuming Glycomet GP1 from last month earlier I was taking Glizid . I am avoiding everykind of food but still my sugar level is nearby 250.From last a month I have been suffering with stomach issues. My stomach remain upset, I have to pass stools three or four times a day. A foam also appear while passing the stool. I have taken medicines but it didn't work. I am taking liver enzymes (leevrzyme 5G) , ofomyl OZ, Rabicut D. Kindly suggest me some medicine. Thanks &Regard Bholi

I'm a female . Age : 29 years and weight 68Kgs. Mother of two kids . I have allergic rhinitis problem of nose/ eyes itching , blocked nose and headache at times . Getting relief after doing jal neti. Have done allergy test and I'm allergic to dust / mites / pollens and histamine. I do take tab. Criz M and Duonase nasal spray as and when required. I get breathless usually after normal dusting at home and particularly when travelling via aeroplane to new cities or countries . Then I have to do mouth breathing. Do I have Asthama? How can I treat this ?

Daily chest pain from last 4 months. It happens at 2-3 different locations and stay for hours (1-2 hours). Tmt and 2d echo negative. I am very scared if this is heart related pain.

Sir , I had throat pain and ear pain on right side  from two months.i went to hospital .Doctor prescribed me antibiotics cefuroxime 500 mg.it reduced little bit.but not completely .Another doctor prescribed me Amoxicillin clavulante 500 mg course for three days.He has taken endoscopy ,x ray and ct scan and tells everything is fine but throat is little bit red .I am attaching the endoscopy pics here sir please check.He told it is gastric problem and gave tablets for GERD.And from few days when I sleep under fan I am getting irritation in throat like cough.This is happening only at night .Sir I couldn't understand wat the actual problem is.I am really worried.I still have little bit pain when I move my tongue in throat .I couldn't understand wat this is .🙏 please tell me.
