Overdoing on anything is not safe. If you have severe constipation take it then only. If not consumed properly can cause loose motions, dehydration,and other electrolytes disturbance.

It's not addictive .. depends on individuals capacity .. u can use 2 tabs at one go .. no side effects except diarrhea and tiredness
