Can TB bacteria affect any part of the body without affecting the lungs at the same time? I have heard TB usually affects the lungs, but can spread to other parts of the body. In such a scenario, is it possible for a person to have TB at any other organ, and show no signs of TB infection in lungs (i.e., no cough, no sputum, no breathing troubles at all) ?

I have been suffering from sudden ongoing pain below ribs and upper back. I did a chest xray as well as a ultrasound abdomen and nothing was detected. All reports are normal. If its a case of gastritis or inflammation, what are the treatments to this and how long is this pain going to be there? I was given pantop 40 once a day, mucane antacid and buscopan for pain. Please advise

Does acid reflux raise when we stop ppi? I have h pylori infection. I am currently on PPI and Antibiotics. This causes lot of body heat and constipation. So I have to stop it to fix constipation. After stopping,  I get severe acid reflux  compared to before medication. Is there a withdrawal effect when we stop for ppi or antibiotics? Which one does it? Ppi or antibiotics?

My baby is 1 year and 2 months old. He was having cold, cough since a week and two days ago his temperature was high at 102 °c. We went to a doctor and have been giving him paracetamol 250 IP - 3ml 3 times a day, Antibiotic - 1.5 ml twice a day, brozedes - 1.5ml twice a day. Three days since he got a fever and hasn't subsided. Today at 5 PM the temperature was 98.3 and later from 7 PM onwards the temperature was around 101.3. I am quite worried as the fever is not going down and also he had loose motion 5 times today, which was not a kind of thick liquid. Kindly advise if we can wait for one more day or go to the hospital tomorrow morning, or any other tests we should take.

2 months earlier i had dengue.Again today my temp crossed 100 and i am also feeling vertigo.Is it dengue again.Should I test again.
