Hi I am not having much stress other than that I am not getting sleep..I am getting sleep while traveling in train ,bus and car but I am not getting sleep at night in my home..please advise what's the root cause

Does it take more time to cure walking difficulty and lightheadness issues even your B12 levels are normal? How much time it takes to be normal again?

My mother is prescribed stanlip 145 mg ( one tablet a day for 60 days) for increased cholesterol. Recently she developed slight cold and cough with little phlegm. Since her doctor is out of station, she visited a doctor near by who prescribed ascoril expectorant 10 ml (1 1 1) . She forgot to mention about stanlip to the doctor. Can she take both. Is there any interaction between these two medicines.

Last year, i have been diagnosed with Mild Gastritis and anxiety problem. For this issue i have been under medication. My stomach problems comes and go but i am feeling much better than previous days. But one thing i have noticed is that whenever i measure BP in hospital i feel anxious and always think about my bp will go high like that, my heart pounds and have one uncontrollable fear and thoughts. I don't know why it is happening. Following are the vitals details whenver i visit hospital. 27.02.2023 - BP 140/80, HR-120 bpm 28.02.2023 - BP 130/70, HR- 125 bpm 24.03.2023 - BP 150/90, HR - 136 bpm 04.06.2023 - BP 130/80, HR - 125 bpm 14.07.2023 - BP 140/80, HR - 88 bpm 07.11.2023 - BP 130/80, HR - 92 bpm 15.01.2024 - BP 150/100, HR - 92 bpm I feel normal when i leave hospital and at home. Do i have to start medications for BP?. Can i reduce this BP without medicines? Latest blood reports. Please guide me.

Hello, my mother who is 70 had some rashes on her left hand and on her back. The doctor told it was chicken pox which appears back in old age. My mother was experiencing heavy pain in her left hand. After receiving treatment the rashes are disappearing however the pain is still there. The pain is so heavy that she cannot sleep at night. Pain killers are not making any effect. Please advise how to tackle this situation as I can't see my mother suffer in pain. Are there any home remedies? What kind of specialist should I consult? My mother is diabetic on insulin. Thank you

Hi. I am attaching my reports. Last week I had a blood in urine. I feel like urine is passing few seconds late with high pressure. Post urination I feel like urine is passing by private part and stopped. Since one week I have used norflox and homeo medicine. At present I don't see any blood in urine, but it's kind of burning on tip . Kindly help regarding this matter. Please check my report.

My mother age 75yrs has cold with little cough with phlegm. No other symptoms. The phlegm is also normal color. Sometimes cough with phlegm noise. The doctor  earlie prescribed pulmoclear ls and later changed to ascoril expectorant. I tried contacting the doctor but he's not in station. Which medicine should she take?
