Sir my throat pain exactly on right side just above my voice box below the jaw.i am using tablets for 2 weeks now but it is not reducing .Pain is also radiating towards ear sometimes pain in ear also.i am taking clarithromycin tablet .Can you tell is it serious issue  going in my throat.I can feel the pain whenever I am moving my tongue .can you suggest me any better medicine .
