Feeling cold like shivering and fever also body ache from last 2-3 days not feel like hunger

From some month my stomach is sweet paining here and there and making noise and in ultrasound there is normal and i meet many doctor but they gave me only madicine then after my stomach iss paining then what is the problem

I've been getting food poisoning like pains in my stomach i noticed the pain starting about over a week ago The pain is reoccurring nearly everyday however today has been more often then usual, its not period pains and it isnt food poisoning.
