Dengue platelet rise and decrease
My father is affected by dengue.At 1st he was having platelet 33000..Then it is decreased to 6000..After platelet transfusion it is raised to 8000..then again the next day it has fallen to 6700...is it serious. .or normal condition? ??????

Platelet transfusion still required , till the platelet count shows rising trend and rises above 50000 .need hospitalisation to keep watch for bleeding
