I have fever from last 4 days Cough cold and body pain... Eye pain heave headache From last 4 days.

I have got done chest X Ray yesterday and it states that I have Bilateral Perihilar Congestion. Kindly suggest should I worry about it or should have some medication. What will be its effects of any. Pls suggest.

I keep getting like little blood spots under my skin on my arms.lots of little dots on my outside forearms from my wrist to my elbow. Atleast twice a month. They last about a week and go away.
