I an having light to medium pain in right uper part of abdomin ..I.e.lower end and behind rib cage from past two days.

My friend has developed a pimple sort of thing on her breast.what can be the possible reasons...that doesnt pain ..she has got a bit itching but there isnt any pus filled in pimple...
