Can i consume neurobion forte everyday or whenever required when I am tired

I feel a small node between my breast area...more towards the left side.its not painful and it moves the moment I touch it.can anyone please guide me for the same.

I've been having this throbbing pain on the bone area behind my left ear. There's no headache, pain in the neck, etc other than that area. I didn't bump my head recently. I've been in cold environment for over a week (really cold AC in the shop; not adjustable; cold even when wearing thick jacket). I've drank Panadol (a kind of paracetamol) to ease the pain but no use. I've also drank medicine for 'bloat'ness. I don't know what else to do and the throbbing is really disturbing.

I got swollen glands my wisdom tooth is coming though and I get aching pain sometimes in my arm or legs or shoulder blades

My friend has taken 100 tablets of thyronorm(50)mcg......i want to know about the complication... Whether it will cause death..... She is in hosputal now.... But her conditiin is vrry pathetic
