HELLO, MILK TO BE TAKEN. CHOLECALSCEFEROL SACHET ONE PER WEEK FOR EIGHT WEEKS, FOLLOWED BY ONE SACHET IN ONE MONTH FOR SIX MONTHS.(60,000I.P) TAB BIO D3 ONE AT NIGHT FOR  LONG TERM BASICS. O.K
