Itching pubic hair part intensely, lower back pain right side, loose motion after eating foods , started all 3 days back . Begining I had fever also but not now. Is it related illness ....myage 37.....male Medicine plz ?

Hello, the web of my toes between my ring toe and my pinky toe has been swelling, getting red, and becoming very sore. It originally felt like the web of my toe was being cut with a blade which was strange because there was no cut, and I haven't injured the web of my toe anytime recently. Then it progressed into a very sore feeling with minor swelling and I have no idea what's been causing it. This has been going on for the past 4 days, but today has been the worst.
