I don't have a good sleep at night wake up several times at night for that reason I have headache

My mother has an overall feeling of uneasiness since last 2 month . The symptoms are dry mouth, nausea and feeling to throw up at times, headache mainly in evening . The blood report reports are all normal except for high uric acid level which seems to be high since the last time we checked 2 years ago. It's been a week that I have been suffering from moderate to severe pain starting right from lower back through the thigh (left) and radiating into calf. My orthopaedic says that it could be because of muscle spasm and nerve compression. He suggested me Etodolac. No relief. Combiflam is effective to an extent. Is combiflam a safe drug?
