In case of Dengue Serology (IgG) test positive and Dengue Serilogy (IgM) test negative, is person having dengue?

Cold with running nose, head ache and cough I am getting affected in each climate change. Can you suggest any antibiotics for this

I have infection in groin area and I have used otc ointments but has not helped. Can you suggest some medicine or ointment which may help. It's a recurring problem as it reduces while using the ointment and reoccurs later. I keep myself very clean and usually take shower with hot water and detox.

Hello, I'm a working girl staying away from family. So there is a lot change in food, eating canteen meal. I had lot of problems since I'm working. 1. Migraine 2. Upper right back pain 3. Endometriosis (laparoscopy done) still a severe pain in lower right abdomen and so the pain in complete right leg. I did lot of treatments. Recently found Less count of wbc RBC HB and Deficiency of vitamin d3. Now I don't want medication, because I already took a lot. I need some solution which will cure me completely. Need suggestions for diet - what to eat in order to recover from all the above problems. And if there is anything else that I can do. Any further tests or something. I am having high fever past 5 days and my Widal report says TO 1:80,TH 1:80,AH 1:20,BH1:20.I was admitted for ten days for typhoid few months back.Is my typhoid bounced back.I am having dry cough past one month also.I am having upper abdominal pain past 20 days. thanks n regards

Hii,my mother is suffering from fever ,chills, headache and constipation from past 5 days.She has the urge to defaecate but nothing comes out,she has to apply alot of pressure and it burns a lot.She has constant headache and the fever comes and goes,took medicines too but still not working,currently taking cremaffin for constipation but still there is a lot of burnibg which makes her not go.Please help,what could be the reason for all this?She never had constipation before
