Flu

There is a small lump near my mother's breast.while pressing the lump no pain is experienced. It is like a little black spot. I just want to know that what problem/disease it can be? Kindly help. The picture is attached.

My father is 77 years old. COPD patient since last 20 years and under constant medication. He is feeling chills and shevering in evening and night and also sweating. Blood report suggests edema in liver and in kidney. He is having antibiotics for bacterial infections alongwith PCM. No imrovement. PL intimate reason, test and medicine.

Hello doctor I read your suggestion .my further detail .my weight is 75 kg.my right effected polio. It means not to extra walk specially brisk walk.my stomach is also trouble .recently I take bp medicine in regular base Avsar 160/10 in morning and Concor 5 mg in evening. I checked bp in regular base at night .if bp better I avoid night tablet .

I went to the ER yesterday for a painful bulge in my perianal-pepineal area, on the left side of the perineum. They said it was under muscle and too hard to cut into and put me on a 2 hour IV of antibiotics and sent me home with doxycycline 100mg pills and some hydrocodone for the pain. I was told the swelling/pain should start going away soon, when everything I’m reading say it should be drained ASAP. I got a cat scan and all lab results, just feeling like I might have not got the right care.

I have a recurrent skin infection on my nose. It becomes very red and sore, and then develops into blisters within a day or 2. My nose usually swells as well and I get sore glands under my neck. Over all these years, I assumed it was impetigo/staph infection. However, I saw a doctor a couple months ago and tested negative for staph/strep, and herpes 1/2. I'm still getting this nose outbreak every couple months. What is it?

I feel dizziness through out the day as well tingling feeling my right arm while sleeping.

My SGPT level is 36.8 U/I and rest liver parameters are normal and also I have a Vit D deficiency i . e. 7.6. Do I need to start medication and what preventive measures do I need. I did a complete blood test where the iron content and HDL Cholesterol is also low. Iron - 48.6 ug/dl and HDL - 28mg/dl. I had my Gall bladder removed due to stone 3 years ago. Please suggest Sagarika
