Is Myocardial infarction can cause like lump or mass in some parts of the body ?

I have been experiencing relapsing fever for past 6 months. Usually within a gap of 11-15 days. Typical discomfort experienced during fever is heaviness in the skull especially the back side, post nasal drip (not always), body ache, sudden twinge in random part of the body, general fatigue. Temperature sores up to 103.5°F. A single episode of fever continues for around a week to a fortnight. Blood tests for malaria, typhoid, dengue, etc etc suggest nothing. ESR is normal but HsCRP is high.

I'm having fever of 101.4 f.which medicine do i take and dosage.I'm having body ache also

My ECG, 2d echo, and tmt are normal. blood tests are normal. only triglycerides are 198. I am having chest pain for 15 days. it is radiating to left arm pit, back and jaw. what may be the reason?

Hi Doctor! I have been working out at the gym for a while. But compared to others, I sweat very less inspite of doing vigorous cardio exercises for more than 1.5 hrs. Also even during summer, I sweat very less compared to my family members. But my skin become oily sometimes inspite of having extremely dry skin. I use coconut and Nivea body lotion (with oil base) regularly to keep my dry skin moisturized. Is this a problematic condition? Should I take any test to resolve this? I have a skin condition of eczema since childhood and have been taking medications. Currently I have stopped since it was increasing my weight and switched to using topical creams. Is it because of that? Kindly clear my doubt. Thank you in advance!

Hello, I have been vaccinated anti rabies about an year ago (rabipur) I was bit (no bleeding ) by a vaccinated dog whos vaccinations are due (10days) Do i need to get any vaccinations again ?
