I am 25 year old girl suffering from loose motion and stomach pain. Unable to digest food feeling like vomiting. Also suffering from dry cough.

I am having Chest Infection from past couple of weeks. I took some medication and I was recovering. This cough left me with back pain and since yesterday, whenever I cough, it gives me severe pain in the back of my head. The back of my head aches very badly post-coughing. I ache goes away in a couple of minutes. I do not feel any additional symptoms, like Dizziness or Nausea.

Could I have stocmach flu if my belly hurts and don’t feel good and back hurts

I am 35 year old, my child suffering from chicken pox, and he is well now. But now I am suffered from this. How can I infected ?
