Is laser treatment for dark circle is for men's is safe and it will cure it permanently as I have intense black dark circle under eye I used gels to cure this but till the condition is same Pls suggest

I have been diagnosed with mild keratoconus in left eye. My corneal thickness of left eye is 480. I have been advised by my opthalmologist to revisit and get C3R after 3 months. But I have read it that c3r can't be performed if thickness is less than 400. So please guide me what to do.. Will I be too late after three months??
