Hello Glaucoma is progressive optic neuropathy. Optic nerve damage never reverses at this age. Though treatment can halt or slow down the progression of glaucoma. Tests needed for glaucoma A. Visual field B. IOP C. Pachymetry D. OCT ( RNFL and ganglion cell thickness) E. Gonioscopy F. Optic nerve evaluation G. Comprehensive examination of anterior and posterior segment of eye

Hi First get it diagnosed if you really have to this condition Then only the management comes in
Next Steps
an OCT RnFL and HVF 24-2 along with IOP evaluation should be done to look for any nerve damage. the management depends on these tests
