How much time it will take to treat dry ness in eyes and what are the best eye drops for dry eyes???

Hi i have dry eyes and cause of it is MGd my doctor prescribed me systane ultra lubricant but when i use this drops my vision is getting disturbed and foggy what should i do nkw please suggest satisfied way to get rid of this problem
