Eye Care & Problems

My eyes power are -0.5 D spherical in the left eye , -0.75 D spherical and -0.75 cylindrical in the right eye . I have been using glasses for the first time since few days . Before glasses I used to get slight headache or water in my eyes when I tried to focus on the Lecture board from distance in my class . I can work on laptops or read books without any problem . Is it better to wear glasses all the time ? What are the advantages ? Right now I only wear them when I need to focus on distance objects ( like during lectures ) . Can my low myopia be cured ?

Headache starts daily morning and when headache is there if I am outside water comes in left eye. After pain killer tablet effect headache will start again.

Had vitrectomy surgery one month ago, vision is nil after one month ...doc said some fluid is accumulated in retina section, and adviced vitrectomy again, is it possible?

Lasik done 21 days before , initially there was blurred vision for distance and near objects , but now when the vision is clear , there's ghosting / double vision that started suddenly in the evening . Kindly help . Thank you in advance.
