Causes of redness are multiple. We need to know the history  and clinical picture to come to most probable diagnosis. Dryness itself manifests differently at different stages of severity Moxifloxacin or ciplox are used for infections Dexamethasone are used for inflammation Lubricants are used for dryness Non of the eye drops can be used blindly without reaching a probably diagnosis and severity of disease. Complaint of redness will require consultation  to reach probable diagnosis to start proper treatment
