Watery and itching eye
I am experiencing this problem for last 20-25 days. Initially thought it was dur to pollution, so used to wash my eyes regularly. But the problem persists now... Usually i get water in my eyes along with itchjng. Please suggest, it is affecting my work. I have to work on laptop, no power lens yet, but used zero power blue ray lenses for laptop.

Please use some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids And follow 20.20 rule and other precautions advised by other consultants. Take a break in between working on system.  Keep hydrated.  Regularly use lubricant drops

Itchy eyes in this season are usually due to allergy . Plus prolonged computer work increases symptoms . Use lubricating eye drops like refresh tears or add tears 3-4 times a day and consult if symptoms persist .

It is allergy and computer visual syndrome Please follow rule of 20 Take a 20 sec break every 20 mins Sit 20 inches awy from your laptop And 20 blinks per min which is 1 blink every 3secs Use lubricants And avoid rubbing eyes Frequent eye wash is also good
