I have -3.25 power in both my eyes how did i decrease my eye power it ever decrease or not i uses glasses

I developed a stye in the inner side of my lower eyelid about 4 months back. I did hot compresses . Although it's not painful nor it causes any physical discomfort now, the lump is still present How can I get rid of that?? thanks.

I have permanent redness and itching in both the eyes it started with left eye and now is in the right one also, this problem increases when I use phone or study for a long time or when I get up from the sleep. I have been suffering from this problem from last 6 months . I got my vision checked and I have a proper vision with no power.

There was a retinal hole in my right eye which has been cured, so what physical exercises should I not do?

Is there any eye drop that can be useful to reduce eye power? I dont use spectacles,also I dont want to. but lately I am finding that I am unable to see far away distant objects clearly from my right eye, but from the other eye I am able to see everything clearly. I guess I have developed a little negative power on my right eye. I want some solution so that it can be cured so that the power doesnt increase further.

I saw sun in mid February and my right eye got distorted vision and focus issue .my doctor prescribed me vesaoret,acular ls and systane ultra after one month I was better and she told me to recheck up after one month due to lockdown I wasn't able to recheck up and get further medicine .due to this in April Eye was bad again and has light sensitivity and focus issue now my doctor isn't available due to current situations and I have no guidance what to do next .i'm taking same medicines from 18 may with 2-3 days gaps in capsules.prescribe better medicines.
