Concentric circles
I started noticing concentric circles coming out of light sources a few days back. I had my eye dialated 4 times in the last 2 months (fundus examination and optos tests). As I had developed floaters. I went to a glucoma specialist today, he told me my eye pressure is 14 in both eyes. And said that I don't have closed angle. Why is this happening then? It is disturbing and terrible. I got tested for dry eyes and I indeed have dry eyes

As you have already mentioned that u have dry eye and the halo you are seeing around any source of light, could be related to that if all other reports are normal. It is important to grade the severity of dry eye  and to know the corneal condition and get treated accordingly.
Next Steps
better to go for video consultation.

Sir you already had all the proper examinations done so nothing to worry about. Dry eyes too can cause the issues you are facing. Few instructions: 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
Next Steps
Start with Eyedrops Maxmoist 1 drop 3 times a for both eyes in daytime for both eyes and Eye ointment Genteal Gel, put little amount inside the eye at bed time for 30 days.
