Having eye pain and headache
I am having eye pain and headache from last few days..I am usually getting eye pain early mornings. And having headache whole day. Please advise on it

You need to get your refraction checked as well as your intraocular pressure and glaucoma evaluation. Also, restrict your screen time with frequent breaks in between every 20 mins for 20 seconds.

The kind of eye pain and headache you have I can foresee following: You may need powered glasses You may be having Migraine Also sometimes some brain lesion

Hence you are suggested to consult an Ophthalmilogist first to rule out refractive error Physician for Migraine next if above doesn’t work and last also a Neurologist for migraine.

U should get ur eye check up done by an ophthalmologist...may be because of refraction, migrain...or dry eyes....

Hi.. Early morning headaches....rule out sinusitis The other things can be Eye number, excess screen time Cervical spondolysis ..also radiates sometime Migraine,  stress r tension headaches Neurological issues You will need to rule out all these..one by one
