Sir you can opt for Refractive Surgery after the age of 21 years. After the procedure the dependency of Spectacles won't be there but the vision can not be improved for the Right Eye, it will be the same as what you have with Spectacles, the only thing is you won't require any spectacles to be used. The cost varies as per the technique of the Refractive Surgery you fit in.
