Study lamp effect of eyes
Study under table lamp have any harmful effects on eyes? Is it ok to study under study lamp? please let me know the pro and cons of study under lamp.

Lamp lighting is sufficient or not, this can be evaluated by seeing lamp.
Good study lighting reduces eye strain, which can result in irritated, red and dry eyes. Eye fatigue is often associated with headaches and migraines. So before you reach for headache pain relief, adjust your lighting to see if it makes a difference.
