Should I being a moderately myopic person use my old glasses for reading purposes n normal daily glasses for other activities. Would using the sharper vision glasses for reading can stress my eyes more? As I get headache sometimes by reading for 3to 4 hours consistently Help plz

I am 29 years old female, residing in Delhi. On 20th of August, a confetti burst on my left side of the face that led to hampering my vision in the left eye. I have been on several drops and medication since that day, and getting treated at AIIMS. Recently I was told that due to the impact cataract has developed but very insignificant so they don't want surgical intervention at this time. My vision is still not clear even though I have stopped taking homide, but I am still on Pred Forte. Please please tell me and honestly whether I'll be able to see normally from my left eye. This incident has been soo exhausting and depressing for me. I have emotionally become very weak. I am attaching a report for reference.

There was a study performed regarding eye floaters that Bromelain that is found in Pineapple is curing the eye floaters. I am having eye floaters in both the eyes can I start taking bromelain. Is there any side effects of it?

For the last couple of months, I'm having some kind of visual disturbances in my eyes. I'm seeing a black spot in my vision which is coming and going lasting for 3 seconds, then a single flickering spot sometimes, then seeing a kind of white image with little brightness in different shapes, then a black shadow same like the white image I mentioned etc in either of my eyes. I have previous history of migraine as well as seeing floaters too. I've consulted an ophthalmologist and have undergone various tests like vision test, tonometry, slit lamp, fundus examination,HFA, ERG, Autofluorescence etc and couldn't find anything wrong. My doctor concluded that it's migraine aura. I'm taking medicine also for migraine like Tryptomer, Betacap tr 80 and Sibelium 5 mg. So now I have no headache but still frequently seeing those visual disturbances especially a black spot. These are more visible in dim light almost all the symptoms. Kindly advise.

Whenever I see laptop or mobile screen for long time. My eyes start to itch and become watery. If I go off the screen for few minutes it gets dry also at that time itchiness is present. I typically work in front of the screen for 10 hrs. Please advice.
