Hi ..coloured vegeatables and fruits ..
But the best thing is to have seasonal and fresh vegetables and fruits...every fruit has good nutrients....dont go for fancy ones .
Local / seasonal and fresh is the key.

Amongst fruits , yellow fruits are important to ocular health
Rest multivitamins : Vitamin A, Vitamin D, antioxidants are specific for eye
