Avoid rubbing of your eyes.As rubbing of eyes can release inflammatory products whic can lead to more redness. Maintain hygiene. Do cold compression -ice pack massage. Blink more. Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel 4 times in a day and before bedtime. May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination.

Please put lubricating eye drops at least 4 times. Use bedtime lubricating eye gel. Do not splash water inside the eyes. You may need some other medications. Please consult an ophthalmologist online or in clinic.
