Eye Care & Problems
Double vision in right eye
I am experiencing double vision in my right eye .
I consulted a near by eye specialist amd got my retina scanned along with field of view test and oct aswell
The doctor said i must be having anxiety related issues as they did find and problem with my eyes. I have no headache or balance related issue , neither am i forgetful or confused.
The double vision that i am experiencing its like a ghost image on top of the normal image. I cant notice it in well lit areas . Its specially noticable around contrasting colours especially white letters on black background .

Different Pupil size
I can see my pupils are of different sizes, right pupil is bigger than left pupil in bright light aswell as darkness. It's not permanent but it comes and goes after I come home from outside after riding or driving. In the morning after waking up both Pupils are same size only slight difference sometimes. Had trauma to right eye in 2011. Also after using phone light found that the left pupil is always little smaller than right. Checked by ophthalmologist using pen light and said the Pupils are same size atleast for now, couldn't check fundus due to Corona. I am worried if it's neurological issue. Please help

Factors to look for in retinal exam.
Does hit to the eye increase risk of retinal detachment in later years of life? . If the eye exam shows that there is no retinal tear or detachment during time of injury, then does it mean that retinal detachment won't occur later also?As we know that vitreous gel liquidifies due to trauma. Does the integrity of vitreous gel restores itself into solid from liquid if person is of young age over sometime. And will dilated eye exam be able to tell if changes in vitreous have taken place from trauma if person is young and not above 40( as after 40, even normal people can have degeneration in the jelly). Will dilated exam be able to tell if person is at risk of detachment due to changes in gel for near future in spite of no tears or detachment detected during the exam( will it be called posterior vitreous detachment). What needs to be seen in order to evaluate the future risk of detachment during exam? Considering no tear or detachment presently and no existing factors like myopia.
