Do oct macula both eyes, if any macular Edna , intravitreal injections ll help, but as said if once scar is formed , no treatment available for getting it back.

Hi ...
U have already shown to retina specialist ...you will have to follow their advice .
Unfortunately, there is macular scar and all, but other eye vision is ok..
Do regular follow ups.

You can try low vision aids if possible to use what ever vision to fullest
