Hello Doctor, namaste my son 43 is having eye lid upper portion swelling bump infection discomfort pain headache. this happend twice in last 2 weeks. photos attached. is this skin infection or eye problem ? Pls advice treatment. thank you

Hi... There appears to be an eyelid issue - skin or glands. Can't make out the exact details in these photos.
