Eye Care & Problems

I have started noticing a eye bags under my eyes now a days . Quite visible and soft to touch . I am a heavy mobile user and laptop.. sometimes I watch mobile in the night on reading mode . Could this be a reason ? Is there a medicine or cream I can use to get rid of the under eye bags puffiness ? And what kind of reading or computer glasses are suggested . My Vision is normal no power Thanks

I have headache and heavy head especially on top of skull, dizziness and feeling fall down when i stand up, luckily no fall down yet , from 2 days i experience problem in vision, is this associated with eye problem?? I consulted neurologists and done mri which is normal??
