Cloudy or blurry Vision
Whenever i bow down my head. like whenvr i use my mobile or read book while keeping my head down my vison get sudden blurry or cloudy type.. and after 4-5 minutes when i sit back straight my vision get normal!!! i dnt knw what is happening is this something serious!!!! even my eye look light red all day long experiencing this frm last few weeks

Hello,
Do you also develop any kind of pain around the eyes .? You will need a physical consultation, to check your eye pressures and also the structure of your eyes. Apart from that, if you are in the habit of continuously reading/ using phone or laptop etc..you have to take a break and give rest to your eyes.
Next Steps
Avoid all kind of near vision work ,get adequate sleep for a few days and watch .
