Hi Your left eye has central serous retinopathy which means accumulation of fluid in layers of retina which usually occurs in middle age men and women with more stress.Usually some cases it subsides itself but it takes long time.We give Nepafenac eye drops and wait.Others like lubricants and antioxidants tablets for overall retina benefit to maintain their normal functioning. You can take Nepafenac eye drops and Lutein associated tablets without any doubt if you don’t have any side effects specifically for them.Need to follow up every one month or 3 months to check progress.
