1. Please follow 20-20-20 rule while doing screen work. Take a break for 20 sec after every 20 minutes of screen work and look at amy object /wall which is at a distance of 20 feet or you can simply just close your eyes and look away from the screen for 20sec after every 20 minutes of work.
2. Reduce your screen time if possible.
3. There should be proper ambient light in the surrounding while using any screen or even if you are studying. Avoid studying in dim light.
3. Avoid using screen - mobile/laptop, etc 1 hour before sleeping at night.
4. Take a proper sleep of 6-8 hours atleast during night.
4. Can use any lubricating eye drop ( eyedrop CMC 0.5 % ) twice a day for 1 month if symptoms persist.
5. Should get a refraction done by visiting your nearest eye hospital for any refractive error if present so that you can wear proper glasses for the same.
6. If Refractive error present follow the above steps along with your glasses.
