Care AI Shimmer
Get a regular Eye check done every 6 months. Continue using the prescribed glasses Take regular breaks while using screens. Follow the 20-20-20 rule. For every 20 minutes look at a distance of 20 feet away and blink consciously 20 times. This would regular the Eye strain. Place your books/screen at a comfortable distance and position, and ensure proper lighting while studying
Next Steps
Refractive surgery is an option once the power of your eyes stabilizes. That would be after 21 years preferably
